The music school of the band provides tuition for children, young people and adults, offering practical, theoretical and instrumental training, both individually and in groups, so that anyone who wishes to take up music as an amateur can develop their creative skills and artistic sensitivity.
FASOLET
Description
FASOLET is the IEM method applied to early musical training, aimed at children aged 3 to 8, whose guiding principles are to foster creativity and develop aural skills. Music teaching is understood as an experience to be shared and practised as a group. Ideally children share the pleasure of music with their parents, so as to encourage positive attitudes and behaviour towards music. FASOLET IEM places the emphasis on developing musical creativity, teaching music as an innate language that helps students express themselves naturally.

INSTRUMENTAL ENSEMBLE
Description
Ensemble playing is an essential part of the school’s training. Students who complete the first year of instrument tuition can join the youth band, where they work on sight-reading, tuning, blending, following the conductor and rehearsal discipline. Once they complete the fourth year they can join the society’s concert band after passing the entrance audition.
